BENT PUSH RODS HELP

Hello, I got 2 bent push rods on #5 cid on intake and EXT valves they were bent so bad that both roller rockers were off, I was doing my burn out and thats when it happen I think i might have over revved the motor? could the timing being off cause this or loose roller rockers? What kind of rpms was it turning when it happened? I would also check the springs on those cylinders. Did you check the valve to piston clearance?
