I don't think you can do anything about it, due to the fact that if you are right and they got that picture of this website it is a public site not a private site. I would probably e-mail e-bay about someelse using your car to sell an item. They might pull the item. Just my 2 cents.

ebay has strict rules about that. they will pull it and if it was just someone using your pic there would be nothig you could do but in this case it is someone profiting from it and they dont even know if its there product in the pic. they cant do that!

Im in a toss up. Its nice they think your car is nice enough to use as a show-n-tell for there product but at the same time i see your point as to not wanting a shitty product using my car for them. Ask them how they got it and tell them they should have asked. They could have asked ya in your guestbook at least. Just my 02 cents
permission should have been asked for.

Actually you can do something about it. Call this number "1 877 806 7856" and see what company answers the phone. Ask for the advertising department and have them remove it or ask them to pay you for using your car.
OR...
Copy and print out the Ebay ad. Call the number ( 1 877 806 7856) and get the company name. Contact a lawyer and with his/her help send the company a bill for say $2500 for using your automobile in a advertisement for their product. It should be a legal billing since they have nothing signed by you giving them permission to use your car or its likeness in their ad. The hollywood movie stars do it all the time. Got for the money.
I have had eBay sellers/online companies email me asking for the use of graphics from my website or my DVD reviews to sell their products. As long as they credit me I don't care.

make sure to sign the feedback from the person so that the public can view your message...Tell them that is not the product being advertised and that is your car in the picture and what they are buying is not what they see in the picture....make sure to say it is false advertising and that the company advertising it has no permission to do so and is doing so illegally....that way hopefully someone wont buy their product

Filling the mail boxes and shit like that is childs play. Go after the company or go after some cash. Ebay will do nothing except make them take it down. The company has already created an ad for the package using your car. You don't know if that ad isn't being used locally where ever they are. If they are running in newspapers or whatever. The fact that your car was used in an advertisement probably guarantees you some initial money. They posted the ad, now they have to pay for the use of your cars image. If you've download, saved and printed the ad you have them. A lawyer can after them. Go for the cash dude.
