could someone tell me the html coding so i could add a video on my gotstang site?

i have the video loaded up on angelfire and its in .mpg i change the link to the angelfire site and it will not load on the page. im actaully trying to do it on lxexpress page but nothing seems to be working? do you see or know what my problem might be???

ive tried a few HTML codes and nothing is working out for me?
