Recently in the past two days, the weather has dropped significantly here in Houston. We were in the 70's one day and it slowly dropped into the low 30's. The other day when I started my car up in the morning. The car started but just didn't sound right. Sounded like something was blocked or not opening. I drove it around and the car mileage was piss poor and also when the engine is revved it doesn't have that smooth rumble sound. I connected a code scanner to the car and pulled codes for 33 and 84. which go towards the EVP, EGR, and EVR.

Could the cold cause these to malfuction? To repair these parts, I know where the EGR valve is, but where is the EVP and the EVR located?
Also could there be a possiblity that the computer is messing up due to the cold?

Thanks
Benny
