It's product advertisement. If you buy APC stuff you normally get them, being that most of the magazine cars have them for their sponsorships, the average tuner person thinks that they look good on the car and put them on. Simple societal memicing. Unfortunatly, I did not recieve any with my bumper, and didn't get that luxury. :hmmm:
