You guys from Florida kill me, there's no "south" in south Florida. As soon as you go south of say...Bartow/Lakeland/Auburndale...you're your own "region" and it's not the south! ;) Before you flame me, I grew up in Lakeland, so did my wife, crackers through and through.

I now reside in Russellville, Arkansas...

i feel like im in the deep south, its a small hick town where all the girls get preg early, all the cool guys have lifted trucks or are in the military and i see rebel flags on Martin Luther King day, i think i count lol

I used to want to move back. I thought of going to work at the Crystal River nuke plant (Turkey Point is a little to "Sun Belt" for me :) ) but my wife, who is the senior Florida cracker (and evidently wearing the pants) was dead set against going back home after the Navy stint. It gets a little colder here in the winter, and a little warmer in the summers, but it's rather nice overall.
