What do you guys wrap the electronic componenets under the hood in before you wash them? Is the actually a company that might make something specifically made for this, versus just a plastic bag or ziploc wrapper?

I just use Simple Green, spray on and hose off. Haven't had a problem with the electronics, and it cleans better than anything I've used.

yep...I cover up my JLT intake, because its painted with car paint. but other then that...I just hose the entire engine bay down, then spray it with Simple Green, let it soak for a minute or two, then hose it off. After that I go over it with NXT Tech Protectant over all the rubber hoses, and anything black, and makes it a nice shine. I've got pics of my engine bay after I did that on my GotStang Page!
