Yep, got the time-sert kit today and repaired the spark plug hole on the passenger head. took about an hour and a half, the only problem with the instructions is it didn't say when to stop going with the tap. (basically want to turn it till it spins pretty easily)

but the car runs again so I put a full tank of gas in it with some sta-bil to store it for the winter :(
