if you had the opportunity to read my first post regarding my Saleen S281 spoiler that was shipped to me cracked here is an update to the situation:

After waiting a good month now for another spoiler to replace the 2 damaged spoilers that they sent me I have received nothing but the run around from the guys at Saleen. Cody was supposedly helping me with the problem as Saleen was redoing the mold for the body kits and was supposed to have new parts by the end of this month...well Sept has come and gone now and I have left 2 messages for Cody since he wanted me to call him back when I talked to him last week....Low and behold no return phone call from him...

I just called back to see what the status was on my spoiler and get told "sorry, Cody no longer works for the company"...WTF IS THAT SHIT....

So I get transferred back to the operator and ask to speak to Manny who is the head of customer service who referred me to Cody and he doesnt answer so I left him a message basically saying "WTF is wrong with you guys, where is my spoiler, what is the status of my spoiler and why is no one dealing with this problem?"

I'm done with Saleen and these bastards need to refund my money cause its been 3 months since I ordered their shitty part and they cant even figure out who is manufacturing them now or give me a return phone call.....

IF ANYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ORDER FROM SALEEN DON'T, YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIER PARTS, THEIR SERVICE or rather LACK OF SERVICE and cause yourself nothing but headaches.....

im getting a refund.....Manny;s response was nice and sincere but he also pointed out they are trying to remap the company so that it will work better in the future...basically the company is in shambles when it comes to their products and customer service....

He stated that he has all years of the spoilers in (ok well then why didnt you ship mine last week when you had them? or at least call me?) anyway, if you guys want a saleen spoiler, go for it cause they have them in....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT THOUGH for obvious reasons :lol:

well since I am getting a refund...I need some ideas of possible spoilers...or should I just stick with the stock look from the rear end?

It amazes me to hear shit like this! Product sells a new customer, but service sells the next one!
If you treat one customer badly, that could turn into ten down the road!
A bad experience is more likely to end up conversation then a good experience is!
If you represent what has been depicted as the best product out there, SERVICE it!
That kind of experience is totally inexcusable!
Have the last laugh, buy something from Steeda or Roush!

already have a Roush S3 front end Jim :beerchug:....great customer service and even better quality on parts :)

I might pickup a Roush Spoiler, only thing is I would have to fill the holes on the decklid which I was trying to avoid...

I need spoiler Ideas as well as possible rear bumper ideas now that Saleen is out of the quesion :(
