if you had the opportunity to read my first post regarding my Saleen S281 spoiler that was shipped to me cracked here is an update to the situation:
After waiting a good month now for another spoiler to replace the 2 damaged spoilers that they sent me I have received nothing but the run around from the guys at Saleen. Cody was supposedly helping me with the problem as Saleen was redoing the mold for the body kits and was supposed to have new parts by the end of this month...well Sept has come and gone now and I have left 2 messages for Cody since he wanted me to call him back when I talked to him last week....Low and behold no return phone call from him...
I just called back to see what the status was on my spoiler and get told "sorry, Cody no longer works for the company"...WTF IS THAT SHIT....
So I get transferred back to the operator and ask to speak to Manny who is the head of customer service who referred me to Cody and he doesnt answer so I left him a message basically saying "WTF is wrong with you guys, where is my spoiler, what is the status of my spoiler and why is no one dealing with this problem?"
I'm done with Saleen and these bastards need to refund my money cause its been 3 months since I ordered their shitty part and they cant even figure out who is manufacturing them now or give me a return phone call.....
IF ANYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ORDER FROM SALEEN DON'T, YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIER PARTS, THEIR SERVICE or rather LACK OF SERVICE and cause yourself nothing but headaches.....
