I was asked whether this give away is open only to white mustang members - the answer from the site administrator:

The board is open to everyone, however once the site launches next week "official" WMR members will have their own area.

For this first give away its open to everyone, just to try to get the board going a little bit, in the future contests may be just WMR members.
