Yep, I shot a spark plug clear out of the head, I'll take a closer look tomorrow when I have some light... there was a lot of aluminum there though so I'd imagine that it is stripped..

how much boost you pushing?

10 psi, it had nothing to do with boost, I'd imagine I just didn't torque the plugs in right and it worked it's way loose

it actually happened on a small rev to around 3500 rpm.
