No, a double neck is a guitar that has 2 necks on it, sometimes one is a 6 string and the other is a 12 string. Or like Rick Nelson from Cheap Trick, have one that has 5 necks on it.

The Ibanez that you are looking at is a little high end for a beginner, but you can grow into it. Have fun.

Ibanez makes some good guitars, epiphone makes a good guitar as well.

I just sold an Ibanez RG250DX...looked almost like that but was pearl white with a pearl pick plate. Awesome guitars...

Ibanez is a very nice guitar. You sorta jump up the league with an Ibanez . now Sears is a beginners guitar..

you can pick up a solid ibanez for around $250 or less. and it will last you a while

for beginner i say use a nylon string acoustic....thats what i did, and now im at those expensive electric.....after you get it though be sure to send us a photoshopped pic :)

i already have an acoustic, but it's a steel string.

My father had 2 guitar stores & used to carry Ibanez, Good for heavy metal thrashing, Any guitar is good for a beginners. I have 2 now A Epiphone special plus & a gibson acoustic. But over the years I havent touched the guitars & more of a drummer like my dad was. Now to the point where I don't do either
