OK, today is the last day this is going to happen. It rained last night, and today when I went out to my car, I start my car, and I hear a loud whistling noise. This isn't the first time it has happened, every time it rains, the next day my car makes this weird noise, until it warms up a little and then it stops. I think it might be the belt, but i'm not sure. Any of you guys ever have this problem?
