Exhaust question

I am dropping a 99 Gt motor into my 98 Gt. I was just curious on weather or not my exhaust set up will be different. I have a Magnaflow Catback exhaust with a Pypes X-pipe. Will this exhaust to work with my new motor or will i need a new exhaust set up?

I have always wondered that too, I'd imagine you would have to change some stuff around.
