Just coat it in WD-40, wait a minute or two, then try and take it off, repeat until progress.

be careful the headder bolts strip very easy. I found this out when i put a new x pipe on my GT before I went with long tubes. It took 2 swivles and 3 extensions, but mine backed right off.

I had to cut a deep well down 1/2" to fit in frame gap and then used a swivel with an inpact gun and spun it loose

Good luck with that.I just did a Mac PC on my 01 Cobra. The same nut stripped.I mean it was almost round.I had to take it in and have a mechanic pull it off.
