The guard rail thing happened to my uncle back about 5 years ago. Luckily He only lost his leg. He had his seatbelt on the guard rail came thru the front end of the truck, ripped the whole bench seat away from the frame along with my Uncleand sent them flying about 30 feet from the truck. In the ripping away the seatbelt tore as well. He ended up in a corn field. He thought he was back in Vietnam. Lucky shit. He's good today tho.
