When you vote, "Other". Put which exhaust you think is better.

I listened to those, they sound nice, but how do they sound without a prochamber? is it a large difference.

Magnaflow with out a doubt.
Mac pro chambers are good as well, but Mac doesnt stand up to quality of Magnaflow. :thumpupn:

BBK long tube headders, X or pro chamber mid pipe, and a set of MAC pro dumps. It's what i have on my car and it sounds durty, but is isn't annoying like flowmasters for every day driving

My car has the mac 3" cat-back - I do not have the prochamber x yet. But I have heard them and they sound real nice. Mine has a nice deep mellow sound, I don't get pulled over for it but it can be heard. The loudest I've heard is the SLP, but I have seen someone get ticketed for that system and I can see why. I drive my car every chance I get and don't want that level of hassle....

Well, I live in Southern NJ, and my town is right next to a "High-End" sort of town (everyone is a doctor or a lawyer, has the number for domestic disturbence on speed-dial., and drives a Lexus) and all the cops have ichy pens and love writing tickets to teenagers, and my high school is right in the middle of that town, so I can't have an exhaust that would make me infamous in that town.

Mac 3" sounds nice though? Can someone give me a soundclip of just the Mac cat-backs without pro chamber or anything. Thats all Mustangexhaust.com has.

If you had an extra set of pistons you woulden't have that problem :D

IMO the MAC Prochamber and Flowpath dumps will probably be too loud for your situation (I used to have that setup, hell, been drivin 5.0's for 14 years, I've had every setup) It is a wicked one-off sorta sound though. You could probably get by if you went with the full catback though.

If you stick with shorties then stay away from dumps. Even with a Bassani catted x-pipe and shorties, MAC dumps were way too loud. I felt bad for neighbors going to work at 5:45 with that setup.

I think i'm gonna get Mac 2.5" Cat-Backs with 3" Tips. Seems like my best bet.

In that case, go with magnaflows, but with the regular mufflers, not magnapacks. Nice and civilized at low RPM like when you are around the whining doctors and lawyers - but stand on the gas and ge the revs up - and they sound SWEET! Check out the video page on my GS website for some samples.
