I managed to score myself a pair of PI heads. I have found PI intake manifolds for 150 as well, but have not bought it yet. Has anyone done this? Anything I should know? I still need to get a 99+ heater hose and gaskets. Any suggestions on where I can buy those?
Thanks in advance guys.

I think you need to use new head bolts, aren't the mod motors using torque to yield bolts? I'd get them anyway.

i did the swap on my old set up. get new chanes, chain giudes, gaskets, plugs, coolant, oil, wires --everything. even if the chains and guides look ok, replace them because they work like a compression fitting.once you set them to a mortor, thats it. also you will have to tap one side of the intake for the other temp sensor. NPI cars have 2 and PI cars have one. also take your time and do it right. also a good time to get new cams.
