There are a LOT of haters out there man, there is no other explanation. I just took a look at what face-offs you lost and some of the cars were nice, but they are NOT even on the same level as your car. I mean you have it all... show AND go, not just one or the other like so many others. This is one of the reasons I'm not on here much anymore at all. It'd be nice if the site worked as intended... VOTE FOR THE BETTER ALL AROUND CAR! But this just doesn't happen, I mean I think the few times I AM on here anymore I get a few guest book entries from people looking to whore votes. If they have the better car, they get my vote but I sure don't like being asked for it. Don't sweat it man, just remember what I told you other day as to what REALLY matters... and its not winning a face off on gotstang I can assure you.

Me too! Although I did just beat Wendy. My little black stang is beautiful though. I am getting up there in mods. I hope to be up against Charlie someday as an equal. Your car rocks Charlie. I always have your car in mind when I am planning mods on mine.

Well I guess a V6 and a V8 will never be equal, how about a close equal in the show and go (V6 go that is) category. Give me two or so years. Remember I am a single parent and a public school teacher so the mods are paycheck to paycheck. Wish I could find a sponsor that would help. Local shops are giving me price breaks which help.

I was just checking out those last 5 match ups and I don't think there is much mystery except maybe the last one?

Legendary and just2sic are badass stangs - the both have awesome looks that are going to be hard to beat even by your wicked ride!

The 05 - well, it's a very nice car and there are some great pics of it on the site - I'm guessing it's those pics that are attracting peoples attention

As for the other one - this guy apparently has at least 4 profiles of his own, plus about half a dozen relatives or friends in the same town who have profiles on here - and from the amount he won by, perhaps those estimates are conservative :dupe: I'm betting it would be different result if the playing field was a little less tilted ;) He has a nice looking stang, but the face off with you didn't make sense at all.

Of course, members are getting very familiar with your ride - lets face it, it's been at the top of every list for a long time now! After a while, you are always going to get a lot of the "lets give someone else a go" attitude. Perhaps some new pics and/or a reshuffle of your site might help keep the edge?

Oz has the right Idea, people tend to check out page 1 more than any other page. Suffle page 1 to show off all the different aspects to you car; use the other pages for more detail. (check out my site, I've gotten some compliments on it.)
