Mosaic Mustang Wallpapers.

I have this program that will take all your pictures on your computer and arrange them into a mosaic picture of what ever Picture you want. so i used all the pics of stangs i had on my computer to create this mosaic wallpaper. The output pic was huge, about 10 MB and the dimensions were huge too so i resized it with compupic down to 1024 x 768. If anyone wants a photo mosaic wallpaper of there car, upload the pics or the url to the pics and i ll make em for you. Im still re learning the program though. Its been a long time since i played with it. I will upload some of the other mustang Mosaics i created a while back. i know theres a way to make it so that it doesnt use the same picture to many times when it creates a mosaic. It basically analyzes all your pics and figures out which ones will work for the pic you choose to do the mosaic.

Thanks, No Kyle, i didnt get it installed yet. My floor jack is broke and i cant lift the stang high enough to get under it to be able to fit the drill.....LOL, hell i cant hardly get my head under it to see.

My cobra, Im working on yours right now. The computer just has to finish rendering it and ill post em. in the mean time, here are some links to other ones i did along time ago. Im gonna start making just the links cause this thread will take forever to load especially on a 56K connection. If you want the huge original file let me know and ill post the link and you can download it and see all the detail and how large they are.

Here are the links. Flag 1 used the fewest amount of tiles to create the mosaic while flag 5 used the most amount to bring out a crisper clearer detail in the final overall picture. Ill post up some of my other ones later. My Cobras is coming up soon. Note that all the main pictures are made up of all the other mustang pictures i have.

Here ya go My Cobra. I thought the mystic would be a little difficult. i posted the 2 of the 4 that i think came out the best. heres the link to the other 2. I grabbed most of the pics on your gs site, same with Stone and Trey, so see if the program used any of your cars when creating the mosaics. Stone and Trey, yours may be in My Cobras, Trey yours may be in Stones as well.
Also the larger and better quality pics i have to work with, effect the final result too.

Thanks. I think i got it figured out. The only way to make it any better is to get more pictures that the computer can use to make the over all picture. I had over 12000 pics in one that i was using but that hard drive crashed and burned a few months back and I lost everything. I sent it back to WD and they sent me a new 250 GB HDD so i use it for storage now. I dont know what happened to the quality of computer components. I have lost a few drives over the years all 30GB and larger but i still have and use my first hard drive from my packard bell computer that is only 3.6 GB. It doing duty as an external HDD now though.

All i did was figure out how to use the program and collect a lot of pictures of Mustangs. Kinda like some people (hmong) collect porn but theres way more porn pics out there then there is of mustangs. A good place ive found to get good pics of stangs is, believe it or not, ebay.....LOL Lkke i said before though, i lost way more than i have now. The collection that im running now is only pulling from 7880 pics as opposed to the collections i had before that had about 5x that many. I dont know how many were duplicates though.

Here are some more that i did, but this time i mergerd the original pic with the mosaic so that you can see the image i started with. One cool thing about this program is it will take the smallest picture and create a huge resolution mosaic (well huge is relative to the size most my final mosaics before being resized for the web, are about 10MB.) here are 3 more i did with the merged pics. I first opened the picture and mosaic in photoshop then copied the original and pasted it into a corner on the mosaic then saved it. I use compupic to resize the final mosaic and merged mosaics for posting on the web. a couple of the original pics were very small resolution to start with and the file size was somewhere around 23KB. When i resized the originals to 1024x768 they came out a little blurry but after resizing for the web, you cant tell the difference.
