Washed the car after hooking up the fog lights this morning....washed it with dawn, claybar, then a couple coats of Zaino...I'll put a couple more coats on before the show on Sunday

I snapped off a few pictures at the church down the street....was the only open space I could think of that wouldn't A: get me a ticket or B: take forever to drive to

Car cruise is on Friday, I should have over about 50 pictures of our cruise down the freeway and small towns...about 500 mustangs should show up if not more....Show is on Sunday and I will have about another 100 that I will post :beerchug:

No, it's not. To get a really nice shine you need a clay bar, Z1, Z2, and Z5.

I claybarred....then used the Z5....you can go all out and do the entire system but I really like just using the Z5 in multiple coats....goes on REALLY easy and comes off even easier....not to mention if you get it on the black plastic pieces it doesnt leave any marks :beerchug:

I have 3 coats on now and will add another 3 before sunday's show :)

dont forget to get the ZFX either, it speeds up the drying time so you can lay on multiple coats in one day....if you dont get it you will have to wait quite a bit of time between coats ;)

Yeah, that's 'new'. I haven't used Zaino for over 4 years. When I did, I put about 12 hours worth of work in to the paint. My paint looked flawless when I did. I clay bar'ed, z1, three coats of z2, a coat of z5 and the bonding spray afterwards.

That turned out really well, love the new bumper ;) I have a car show this weekend inside a mall, so I gotta do the same thing pretty soon and I don't have any of that stuff!
