Are you trying to put your music or different peoples music. If your not trying to put your music you can put videos from http://www.videocodezone.com/ and copy and paste the code. Im sure there is just music sites like that instead of the videos.

I hate the sites that use that free videozone codec. They take forever to load and sometimes halt my browser. If you have the file hosted someplace this is the code i have been using. Just replace the text between the quotes that says YOUR URL TO MUSIC HERE, with the URL to the file you have hosted.
