idea for member pages ranking/comments

at the bottom of the page, I think it would be cool if a button were added to rate the car and add a comment in a single click. I know I pretty much always am ranking a car if I'm going to leave a comment. This would make it a bit easier to do :)

A nice way to make sure people don't get ranked a 3 by mistake would be to add a small check box instead that makes it so the same button does both the rank and submit the comment
