Pro 5.0 vs Steeda Tri-ax !!!

Which one do you guys like better?
Anyone here ever run both?
What are any pros or cons you found with either one?

I am thinking about changing out my shifter again, I don't want too much noise. Which one feels better and is quieter?

MGW do not waste your time with pro 5.0 or steeda. I had the mgw on my saleen i have the pro 5.0 on my cobra. loved the mgw. get the blue handel.

I've driven an 01GT with a Tri-Ax and a 03GT with the UPR Bluethunder..Personally I liked the Bluethunder better.

MGW all the way, just installed mine a few weeks ago and love it! Its advertised as being one of the quietest around. The shifts are very short and firm, feels great. Takes some time getting use to the shift over to first, seeing as you barely move the stick from third, thats how short the throws are. But you will love it, I know I do. Had the Pro 5.0 in a previous Mustang and did not like it as much as this. Never had a go at the Tri-Ax, but it seems like a worthy contender.

I think i missed a gear once with my MGW and i have from time to time with pro 5.0. seems like it is just not as tight as the mgw.

i had a tri ax in my 97 gt with stock tranny- felt good missed third once or twice, good shifter
now i've got a pro 5.0 with a tri ax handle (don't ask it was liek that when i bought it), i can tell the pro 5.0 is a bit tighter and shorter and would go with the 5.0 over the tri ax.
although i really want to try a mgw b/c of all the hype i've heard about it

MGW!!!!! I am telling you. If you decide to go with a pro 5.0 go with the handle from the tri-ax seems to be a lot stiffer than the pro 5.0 handle and a little bit longer. the first day i got my car i put in a new shifter busted the handle off the pro 5.0 slamming gears and got a steeda handle but go with a mgw if you are going to do it.

I am running the Triax. But I find it pretty impressive that I have not heard one bad review for the MGW. :woohoo:
