I dont consider adding pics from time to time a major change. I was mainly trying to get music in some of the pages and get all my license plates designed and properly sized. Ya notice the NC plates on page 8......LOL. I used the NC personalized license plate generator to pick different plates and when it would generate a plate, i would save the pic. some of them i had to manipulate a little bit cause the plate was unavailable and the site wouldnt generate a plate if its already been issued..... The funny thing is that the last plate on page 8 is available as one word. i had to space it out a little to get it the way i wanted. I doubt once the NC DMV saw that request that they would issue the plate though.......LOL
