So I get my bill in the mail TWO days ago. and they turned service off YESTERDAY.

How come I get the bill in the mail...AFTER it's due??

So now I get to waste my lunch break to go to the nightmare they call the Sprint store. :ranting:

im sure ANYONEs customer service is better than sprints.

I love the service and plans...

but the fact that the customer service is so awful, totally turns me away from them. My contract is up in October. LOL

The sprint store here has bouncers cause the customer service pissed off so many people. now if you go in there and get pissed off they will remove you from the store.

T-mobile here too, I get 3500 minutes for $49.00. I have had that plan for 6 years. If their customer service sucked I would still stay.
