me and the lil lady are headed down friday as well... i know another dude who's in the Wild Horses club who is driving down at like 2 with a bunch of stangs...
we dont have a hotel though, we will probably stay with her aunt outside of the city on friday night, and then hopefully find somewhere to stay the other night :(
you guys wanna leave with me and him? should be a fun cruise with alot of stangs! :) we can pick up people all along the way hehe

You know what chaps my ass? They changed the design of the side scoops. I saw some at the show that I liked a lot better than what's on my car. The new ones are lower profile, don't look like two separate scoops, and they have a way long piece for the door.
My camera sucks so bad that you can't even see my skirts. At least I finally got the rear cover in place.
Ive seen that.. But I dont think its a re-design.. I think guys are just buying that piece from an outside vendor.... It looks nice

well, fooey! I hung around the car more on sunday. generally sitting off behind it. But I ran over to the manufacturer's midway a few times and bought some parts... Spent a bit more then I should have too!

Good deal, we checked the car over a few times. My son kept trying to convince me I needed to get black bullitts for my car every time he saw yours. I politely disagreed.

They were on the track signs (read to hundreths), but when the win went to the left lane. I was like WTF? How come? Was his car prettier? The announcer had the times down to the thousandths. They were .001 sec apart, in any event, they were both 6.66 sec passes. Crazy weird.
Thats because they finished faster then their qualifying time. I guess they cant go under the bottom number...

The bottom numbers were for the bracket races. ET 1,2 & 3 classes. Those guys were qualifying for Sundays race. The guy in the left lane ran .001 sec quicker.

Regrettably, no. It looked just like a Hogan sheetmetal intake for a 5.0. I was even wondering how the guy had done his coilpack conversion when I realized there were only six plug wires. Then it was damn! We took two cameras just so we could take a bunch of pics, but ended up with maybe 30 total. I didn't see you take any of that white saleen clone with the scissor doors? I have a shot of the chrome 03 Cobras on that red car just about identical to yours...not 6.66 weird, but weird.
I took one picture of that saleen... I liked how he painted the doors... thats all I took.... for some reason that car didnt rub me the right way. Looked like a trailer queen.

All that matters in heads up racing is who gets to the finish line first. That comes from a combination of your ET and RT. If You get beat off of the line but have a lower ET then the other guy but he still crosses the finish line before you then he wins. Example:
Your numbers:
RT: .025
ET: 6.66
total time to finish line = 6.685
Other racer:
RT: .010
ET: 6.67
total time to finish line = 6.680
So the other guy crosses the line first then he wins.
For bracket racing it is the guy who runs closest to his number without going lower then it.

we got home at like 5:30 i think... but me and Hy stopped in Bloomington and drove around and got some Avanti's sub sandwiches :drool: best italian food place in the U.S :D lol
wish we could ahve driven home though:(
