Nice man, the best way to learn and get good at it is just to practice.

Heres some tips when working with photoshop:
1. Its always best to do it with a high resolution image. This way you can zoom in and it wont be blurry so you can manipulate the image any way you want.
2. To do clear corners on cars and clear tails, im sure you will use this one a lot, select the headlight using the lasso tool. Then go to image>adjustments>channel mixer> and click monochrome at the bottom. You should now have clear corners.
3. To add window tinting. Make a new layer, a copy of the background. Go to Layer>Duplicate the background layer. After that select the window using the lasso tool. Then paint it dark black. You should now have a black window on the duplicate layer. Not adjust the opacity of this layer to however dark you want your tint to be.
4. If one of your edges just doesnt look right, zoom in on it and blur it using the blur tool.

Hope this helps you in some way. I use the blur+tint+clear corners a lot since a lot of people ask for that in their photoshops.
