roller rockers

is there a big noticable improvement when changing to roller rockers or is it a waste? :hmmm:

I did them on a stock 5.0 at the same time that I went from a drop in K&N to a FIPK and lost .2 at the track. I think it was all due to the hot underhood air going to the FIPK. But it still doesn't support the claim that there is a lot of power in them. If your current rockers flex a lot and affect your cam timing and lift, then they would show improvement. At the very least, they will result in reduced friction.
