What is it with these S10 guys?!?! I have a guy at work that "used" to own an S10 (he now drives a PT Cruiser) and he tells me (quite frequently) about how quick his S10 was and that it would regularly blow Camaros and Mustangs away. I asked him what he had done to it and he said gears. Thats it. Nothing else. But my coworker is not a know-it-all teenager. He is in his 30s and still feels like he needs to be competitive with me because of the car I drive. LOL Whatever man... quit wasting your breath on me. ;)

I had a dude in an S10 with tinted out windows,lowered, bass was bumpin and his little girlfriend in the passenger seat, they both looked over... I have no idea why... At the next light I was gonna ask them how my tail lights looked... I really dont understand lol

its all because of that guy who dropped that Corvette engine in his or something and put on a TT setup or supercharger then hooked up NOS to it....it runs 9's but its got like 20K in the engine....A stock S10 doesnt do shit, these guys are caught up with the fast and the furious thing just they use that guys truck as reference to their stock S10's......

my neighbor down the street with his 03 Cobra raced some kid with a honda with an unpainted cracked body kit, 1 mirror, cloth seat covers and non funtional guages....After he ripped the kid a new one cause the kid said that "Cobras are the slowest cars in the world, any honda can take a cobra" the kid said "Damn that thing is fast, when did you shift into third and 4th I didnt hear it"....my neighbor simply replied, "Oh, I didnt, I thought you said you wanted to race in second gear only...my bad, next time I'll use the other 4 gears on the car...wanna go again?" :rofl:

I beat a 95GT in a mazda b2300, be it the kid in the GT didn't know how to drive at all but it still happened. It was quite funny too, we had him convinced the truck was supercharged!
