Hey guy's I've got to change out my lower intake gasket, I was looking thru the mustangs unlimited cat. and they have spacers, what exactly would I gain for the $60 they cost. And what else if anything would I need?

You would need nothing else unless you have a ported intake in that case you would need to port match. The spacer will give you more torque maybe 3-5tq if your lucky. You get the added torque by the increase in runner lenght. NOTE: Short intake runners you gain top end hp and with longer intake runners you gain more lowend torque at the cost of some topend hp.
