I was looking at some wheel options, what do you guys think of these two? One is 18 and one is 19 inches.

19s normally don't look right without heavy body mods, and a 2in drop.

personally the first one looks better. I would say that in chrome if they had them or silver to match.

2nd set, but I'd also get a different style altogether if I were buying again. I jumped into 18" 03 Cobra replicas too quickly. I'd love to have a "do over" and get some deep dished looking wheels in a five spoke of some sort design.

i just want something a little different than all the replicas, and no chrome, and not to gawdy looking i like the look of the second but the first in that hyper black with chrome lip looks good too. if you guys got any pics of some other good looking wheels let me know. i do like the deep dish style as well. can someone take those wheels for me and put it on a real mustang pic that cartoon pic throws me off. preferably a silver one but doesn't matter. thanks guys

Those wheels have my vote!! I may consider those for the 00' instead of the pollished 500's. Nice find. :thumpupn:

18s and 19s look great. the closer the rim to the fender the cleaner the look.

but bigger rim, rougher ride

I would say stick with 18's on mustangs. I know some people put 20's on but i heard you can have some rubbing problems with bigger than 18's. You also have to remember that without a drop when you put 18's on your clearance will almost double. you NEED to get a drop if you are going to go with 18's or bigger.

I plan on going with some 18's and not the deep dish because i don't like the way they look on the rear they stick out and make the car look like those cars you see with the wrong backspacing that stick out all wide and look like a go cart. i want to go with something that tucks in and is wide at the same time. i'm also gonna go with the steeda sport springs for the drop just to close that gap and ride tighter. unless you guys suggest another set of springs?
