Anyone From The North Carolina Area....??

If anyone is from the North Carolina area, I could really use your help...If you are willing to give me a hand getting some guides for realestate for sale I would greatly appreciate it. I'm currently looking to relocate from N.Y. to N.C. and want to get an idea about the houses and what's around out there. If someone from the area could gather up some pamphlets or papers of houses for sale I would gladly pay for whatever it costs to get it to me. What part of North Carolina are you looking to move to?

We currently have our home for sale and are looking thru real estate books daily!!!!!
We live in Monroe which is just outside Charlotte, NC.

A very good website and probably the biggest real estate companies in North Carolina is Allen Tate. ( www.allentate.com) We are selling our home by owner but we have a couple who wants our home and so we are cobrokeing with a Allen Tate agent.
He is a very great agent , and I can give you his email if your interested. He is the best we have found so far. He can send you all sorts of things if you would like.

If you need any help with towns or areas let me know I will try to help you out.
