if he had a viable license, it should go on his record. If it causes you any cost you could probably fight it.

Think of it this way. had he wrecked your car doing 100 plus you woudl want the insruance company to pay for it right? So they are going to want you to pay for his stupidy and yours for letting the car get out of your hands

insurance companies adjust policies not on just age, gender, type of car etc....but also the background and choices of the driver...this is where the good grade discount comes in because it shows you are smarter and capable of making better decisions (insurance company thinking anyway).....If you allow people to drive your car that do things such as that, it shows your character and I wouldnt be surprised if your insurance company raised your rates because of it.....

didn't your brother get arrested? Anything 15mph+ over the speed limit is wreckless driving and usually they impound the vehicle and arrest the driver....

its 25mph+ and you lose your license here....but you dont lose it for long.

Some girl from here got caught doing 97 mph or somewhere around there, and only lost her license for 14 days

i don't know much about california speeding laws....... but one of my friend got pulled over for 120+ and was fined for 450 bucks..... or somewhere around there.

and no they didn't impound the car or arrest my bro....... thank god.

that was the only time i let my bro drive my car................ if this fucks my isurance, I'm giving him an ass kicking.

yeah i hope it'll just go on his record and not hurt my Insurance........ i just don't get how he would wanna top my stang when he drives an M3 :cussing:

He drives an M3 and he asked to borrow your stang....I think the only logical thing in this situation is he lets you drive his M3  :w00t:

your rates will go up b/c it was with YOUR CAR and your consent....and his record will be damaged not yours. But your insurance will kill you...guaranteed. This is probably a lie though...you know your body kit at 100mph would fall aparts
