View Full Version : Everyones opinion needed... Car Ranks from 1-10??

How does everyone feel about bumping up the rankings to a scale of 1-10 instead of 1-5? It should be very simple to do with the re-rankings already enabled....

I just think that 1-5 is to close minded... ive been giving stock cars a 3 and if they have a little work done i give them a 4... and that leaves only 1 slot left... I just think that someone doing ALOT of work should get more then 1 point difference.

Yea i think that you shoudl open it up a little bit. Cause i give most every car a 4 if it is around stock. So Lets up it to 10.

Eh, the ranks are mostly a powerslide now, but I can see where you are coming from.

The ranks are becoming more a participation thing... but it definately shows it accurately whether you like it or not :)

Think ill bump the scale up now.

I agree. Lets reset all ranks too.

As far as the car ratings, I like that J. I grade about like you do.

1-10 is a great idea!!! I find I've been giving everyone a 5... I mean geeze, EVERYone's worth 5! 10, on the other hand, the car better be hot!!
I think most scales are based on 1-10, so:thumbup::thumbup:

great idea 5 points was a short scale to differentiate stock, personalized and extremely modified

It will be better this way. The 10 point scale gives you more to rank on.
