Ok i have a 2004 GT looking to get the procharger stage 2 w/intercooler kit and want to run 12 psi. Can you guys give me a list of all the INTERNALS that i will need to purchase with this. Or any other things i should buy to protect myself and my engine from being blown. Thanks guys ahead of time

Depends on how far you want to go. Definatley get it dyno tuned, none of this mail order tuning crap. It will be fine on the stock internals for a little while. If your looking to upgrade the internals might as well do the whole rotatin assembly since you already have the block out, forged crank (get an 8 bolt), definatley a set of connecting rods (eagle has a good reputation for making quality rods) and a new set of pistons. Also call the folks at comp cams and they can grind you out a nice set of cams to compliment your blower (if oyu do that a valve spring upgrade will probally be required.) Also with a blower long tube exhaust will be extremley good, BBK has a nice set of long tubes for our cars, spring for the ceramic coated not the polished finish. You'll also want to get an upper pendilum and larger tb. your mass air should be okay it's 80 mm I believe. Also, if you have the extra money a fidanza flywheel, new clutch, and AL drive shaft would help you put more of that power to the ground.

sweet deal joe friday thanks for the info. i've already got the plenum/tb kit from accufab. and CAI which doesn't do much from what i'm told. the hard thing is i am stationed in england so i have to find a dyno around here somewhere. Am i gonna have to get the cylinders bored out or can i still use the stock size just better quality. i would like to be able to do this if i had everything i needed maybe over a weeks period. Does that sound possible?

With an 04, you'll be able to just have the cylinders honed for the new slugs and rings. A .030 over isn't going to be necessary.

I can't imagine what shipping would set you back, but you may consider a complete shortblock stroker instead.

Liek he said just have it honed, unless you want to increase displasement, but I don't think it'd make that much diffrence. the CAI dosen't do jack, esp the fenderwell inlet ones, the 90 degree bend causes turbulance in the pipe and messes with the mass air, and pretty much offsets any gain you would have. If you have all your parts, nothing goes wrong, and everything goes on time you might be able to get it done in a week if you don't have anything else to do. you'll basically be tearing down your entire engine if you do it your self. If you don't have that much expierence I reccomend taking it to a shop. it will cost alot, but hopefully they will give you a warrenty n' shit
