*** Re-Rankings Enabled!

If you have already ranked someone, the old rank will be selected (instead of 3) and it will say re-rank <usernames> stang on the submit button. It also says Rank this person again in red.

If you havent ranked the person it will show a rank of 3 selected and it will just say rank <usernames> stang on the submit button. It also says Rank this person for the first time in yellow.

You can re-rank someone as many times as you want...

This was suggested because if someone does alot of mods from when you first ranked them you should be able to change it.
