Well its about time for me to get a new one. I got a polaris sportsman now. Some big tank lookin thing. I am thinking about getting a preditor or honda 450R maybe a 400ex. Was wondering what kinda bikes you guys ride. What you would recomend. Thanks ~NICK~

I'd recommend a Schiwnn, maybe with a basket and a horn. Don't forget to get reflectors too! Remember kids, a good bike rider is a safe bike rider...ha ha

I'm trying my best to come up with the financing for a Road King..Not a fully dressed one though.. I want it stripped down.
Nick, it depends on what you want the bike for. If you want speed and agility, fat and loud, one that sounds like a mosquito, one that sounds like the gates of hell just opened up, chain, driveshaft, weekend fun, long road trips..etc. What are you leaning toward??

My Huffie is BAD ASS. I have the BADDEST SOUND. Two sets of baseball cards with clothes pins in the spokes. Better than any GT exhaust anyday!!

Now there is a song in that Jim. Simpler Days, Boy and Girl, spokes and curls, too today was a much simpler way, now our problems have grown, like us. What about the simpler days.

I remember we used to take the forks off of other bikes and put them end to end to end up with choppers!!

My Cobra it depends what you want to use it for.. We had a Honda 300EX, Yamaha Banshee and a Honda CR 250. The 300EX was by far the most quiet and dependable. The Banshee you would have to be careful when letting the clutch out it had so much pull and the CR 250 is fun but not looking for a dirt bike plus they are 2 stroke... so I would probably get the 400EX they are dependable and fast. We had the 300EX for over 2 years with no problems and bought it brand new and when we sold it we only lost 800. less than what we paid new. Hope this helps..

They want 6,200 for the 05 400ex. For the 05 450R (No reverse) they want almost 7. For a preditor they want about 6,200 then the speical edition preditor they want 7,100. I really do not know which to go with.

I thought you were talking about an ATV...the motorcycle comments threw me there. My old man has one, but I can't bring myself to buy one. I'd rather spend that cash on car parts.

Yea i understand that. I spend about 3 days or 4 days driving my car most of the time. So to me it seems like i would get somethign a little diffrent and switch it up a bit. I got a fourwheeler now but it is too big and slow lol.

I know some of those friggin toys can go 60 or 70 mph on the street. We were pulling ours down out of the hills on a trailer when we saw a guy on the side of the road on one of the quick ones. We stopped and asked if he needed help, he says "no, I live down the road a few miles, I just don't want to get caught riding this on the street." So we pull back out and head down the road about 65mph when we see this guy tailing us, he was just looking for someone to follow since it was dusk. I couldn't believe how fast those things are. Dad's is like a 350 or something, it goes about 45, at least that's as fast as I've gone with it. But 70? On a four wheeler?! I think I prefer creeping around the trails instead.

Banshees are fire breathers....i had an 87 banshee and it went over 100....i was pulling away from the car behind me and it was going 90+...(banshees dont have spedometers so we used a car because i wanted to know how fast it was)
