What does the "who voted" thingy mean?

I went to a link on here called "who voted" and there are members there but Im confused about what it is... some of the people have a red bar next to thier name and some have a green bar... what does this mean?

These are the people that have ranked your GotStang? website. If there is green beside their name, you have already ranked their website. If it's red, you have not yet ranked their website.

Ohhhh... I thought it was the other way around... I thought if the bar was red that they hadn't ranked MY site... and if the bar was green that they did rank MY site... Hmmmm...
