Quick resize please

I would like to have 3 pictures cropped/resized to fit my gotstang greeting (avatar) for my profile. I'm stillnot sure which one I like best. All I have at work is MSPaint, and it makes the images look like :censored:.

Well, I'm undecided on which one will look best that small. I guess if I had to pick one, I would say picture 3.
