Just the arm. I would have made my own complete shifter assembly if I had access to a CNC. But this was using a standard mill. Plus this was the first thing I had ever made out of billet on a mill, so it's the most basic.

First of off, me and Cody are cool, we just give each other shit. Don’t get your panties in a twist. Secondly, I took a look at all the work you did, and guess what, I still gave you a 1. what’s up now? But seriously it's just not my thing. If mustangs were meant for lambo doors, they would of came that way from the factory (And besides the delorian gull doors are much cooler :D) I'm sorry you got butthurt over my low ranking of you, but if you do something that extreme with an icon such as the mustang, you should expect it to churn a few peoples stomach's. No matter what you do to a car not everyone is going to like it. That’s just how it is. My thing is simplicity, and some one could say my mustang was plane Jane, and that’s fine with me. I know I do, w/all the TLC I put into my car. but I also know there is a high % of others that go one step beyond what I do, that's just how it is. So I give them credit and admire their car and work weather I like the car or not. Try to remember this is a mustang web site, and we all signed up because we love mustangs (of all types) . I enjoy looking at a stock 4 cyl or v6 the same way I would a Saleen or Roush, because they are both mustangs! So if the majority feels one looks better than the other, so be it. It is not the amount of work someone puts into a car, it's what the work looks like at the end. you know, the one that turns more heads or attracts a crowd at a car show. I saw a brand new 2000 cobra R lose to a tricked out '98 V6 Saleen replica. The V6 just looked better.

And yes :rolleyes: there may be some stacking of votes; but who wouldn't vote for their friend’s car at a real car show?? I'm sure as hell not going to vote 1st place for the competition. But I would at least place a vote (2nd 3rd etc)for the others in my class. So lets drop that whole point and have fun. Remember we are here to share our mustang stories, mods and to show off what we have done to em. If it's not enough to win in a one on one online car show, and If it's that important to you then upgrade or get more mods. Don’t let it hurt your ego. Save the bashing for the GM product.

Hey Joe, C'mon man, lets just sit back, take a breath, and enjoy the site. I normally wouldn't say anything, cause hey, I don't care, but you are bashing my boy's car for no reason(onebad95). I agree with Cobra94, you may not like something that someone has done to a car, but at least admire and have respect for the way someone else may feel about their car. I appreciated your opinion when you told me not to go with the Lambo doors, hey, that's your opinion, but I wouldn't expect you to trash my car because of them. All mustangs are beautiful and some people put a little more into them than others. That doesn't make anyone any better than anyone else, it's just a passion. Please remember that and show some respect. Here's an example....I posted to Laguna Seca R's guestbook that I personally didn't care for the Fin he has on his car, but picked out the great things about his car. He responded very nicely explaining why he chose that fin and I respect that and admire his car. Everyone is going to have opinions and we can all appreciate that, it's how we voice them, shows who we are. I have seen Charlie's(onebad95) stang, and to say anything negative about it, knowing the hours, sweat, and grit he has put into his passion is just wrong. If you saw his car up close, you may have a different opinion and hell, ask him to open the door like a regular mustang would.

As far as losing a challenge, hey, you didn't lose any points because of it. You want 50 of my points, challenge me, I'll vote for ya, and I'll tell everyone else to vote for ya, if it means that much to you.

At the end of the day, everyone on this website should appreciate what they get to see here. Joe, this ones for you..... :beerchug:

Kane, please refrain from making such statements. Everyone here is a Mustang enthusiast, and Mustangs happen to come in all forms and shapes... Appreciate them for what they are, and not for how much air they can compress into their cylinders at once.

Your statements are becoming generally offensive.

It must've been a sad day the day he sold that car..I'm sorry.
yeah it was wrecked... it was in mint condition and we got rearended... he never had the money to fix it back up after my mom died... so he just got 12grand for it as it sat... he just delivered it two days ago as a matter of fact... so sad... he had that car for 37 years... he paid 200.00 for it the day he bought it lol...
