Tranny Swap:Auto 2 5 speed

Anybody know what i need for parts so i can do a tranny swap from and automatic toa t5 tranny on my fox body!

transmission, clutch, shifter, brackets, driveshaft, a jack to raise the tranny in place

No, you'd need a new flywheel too. Then there's safety related items like clutch pedal position switches, oh, and the pedal assembly itself. Not sure about your year EEC, but a manual EEC may be required as well.

Before I'd really consider going after that swap, I'd look into a new torque converter and a shift kit for the auto. I went from waxing a guy repeatedly at the track to getting my arse handed to me with nothing more than a shift kit for his car. They make a big difference.
