That first quote is from Mad Max isn't it. I remember that line right as the idiot in the Camaro blows up.

Ah, I should have known better. The taillights looked kinda like second gen camaro tails after the wreck.

I thought that the cops had fords in that movie though? They keep talking about the interseptor engine in the last hour of the movie.

They did..Ford Falcon XB and XA coupes and Mad Max's Interceptor
was a 1973 Ford XB Gt hardtop fitted with a fiberglass nose.
