You say you can rap huh?
Here's a VERY SIMPLE rap beat... if you cant flow to this... then wow...
no excuses.
If you don't have a mic, use a $1 cpu mic and put some socks over it (that's what i use right now untill i get the sound card for my condenser mic and amp)
