Question about messages

J i was wonderin if we coudl move up the thing that lets us know if we have any messages that way we do not have to scroll down to see if we do. Would this be hard to do? Also does anybody else think that it would be better to move it or should i just shut up and crawl back in my hole? LOL :gso:
