I have Cox Cable, 4000kbps down / 400kbps up. 29.99/mo. Pretty fucking good deal if you ask me, although we get a deal since we buy cable TV from them also.

Had DSL until last week. Switch to Cable ..went from 768K@ 49.00 a month to 3+Mb for 48.00 a month. I have networked my home so i share the connection with 7 computers ...the break out for them all to have good connection is worth it.

500k up is a pretty fucking good. your up is always way less then half of your down. If any of you are interested in checking your download speeds or making your cable/dsl connection a little quicker. Check out www.dslreports.com . Then on the left choose "tests+tools" then scroll down and go for the speed test / tweak test. The tweak test REALLY helped to open up my connection, and the speed test well... :j:

I probably get great speeds because I live in the boonies and those around me don't have computers, hence I am one of 3 on this node!!
