Prochamber and Flowmaster catback exhaust clip

Got the Prochamber installed on the Cobra and got to say I love it. Its perfect to me now. When its coming down the road in full throttle all you hear coming is the Eaton whining and when it passes is the exhaust.....But they say If you cant hear the whine you're behind.

I can tell you from experience DO NOT mod the exhaust the same as you would a fox on that car. I had magnaflows on the Cobra when I got it and it was way to quiet. I decided hey I will put an off road H on it to make it a little louder......HOLY HELL it sounded like ass........Mod motors, IMO, if you run an off road pipe it needs a chambered muffler. Now on the other hand if you run a straight through designed muffler like borla or magnaflow run a catted mid pipe.

Now I had a really good friend with a 2v Saleen with Borlas on it and installed a Prochamber mid pipe and that thing sounded unbelievable!

Cats or not cats? How many chambers were the Borlas?

No cats and it was the Borla xr1's. They came stock on the 94-97 saleens. I m pretty sure its discontinued now. But was by far the best exhaust I've EVER heard on a mod motor....IMO

after doing some looking Im not 100% sure but it looks as if all mustangs up to 04 had the saleen/borlas. Just something you may want to check into.
