supercharger question

my new 99 mustang gt has a procharger p1sc set up on it right now and i was wondering if i could put a different sc head unit on the car and still have the same effect.. also if any one is trying to sell just a sc head unit i am interested.

have you price it out? J once told me replacing the head units isn't worth the costs- might as well sell yours and buy what you need- but he could have just said that to me to shut me up or something- lol

lol nah, i recently bought the car, the head unit was gone when i bought it. i know the guy i bought it from personally and he sold it to make a mortgage payment and planned on resupercharging it one day, but he sold it before he could do it. now i have the car with the 42 lb injectors, 85mm mass air, intake, 3 core intercooler, autologic computer chip and all the supercharger piping but no head unit. thats all i need, i just cant find a p1sc.

I found a guy that has a housing. You would have to call PC and see what it would cost for the internals. He wants 150 for it. LMK if interested.

Also man, I called PC one time for my brother. Because I found one for a different car. He has a 95 GT. They said the only difference was the bracket. So I would bet others will work for you too.

Ok man. A new one directly from PC is $2473.00

He said alot of others will definately work. If you found one used you would have to make sure its the correct direction rotation, and there a couple different angles. So if you find a used one for say...a 89 Camaro. You can call them ,and they will have no problem telling you if it will work. They are really great people. Very helpful everytime I talked to them.

Just google "used p1sc" Find one you can afford. call PC to see if it will fit.
