SCT Tuner lose its tune???

got my sct tuner and jlt II cold air intake for my 06 gt in 2006 with 87, 93 and 100 something tune. my ? is can the tuner lose it's tune? about every 6 months I retune the 93 octane tune about every 6 months. the last time i did this the car seems to idle rough, rolling between 4 and 8k rpms, I retuned again no difference. this is on the 93 tune, I haven't tried the 87 but dont want to go back to that.

What makes you think its the tune? Idling rough can be a bunch of things.... Mail order tunes are not specific to anyones car really.. I dont trust them for 'performance'. Most of them just change your shift points and maybe a little bit of timing.

And 8k RPM? Is this a stock engine?

I don't know that it's the cause, I'm asking if it could be. When things aren't right, I look first to any mods I've done, that's all. It's not a mail order tune, it's an evolution motorsports dyno tune with 93 octane air fuel timing. Sorry I meant it idles at 400 rpms but now it sometimes rolls aprox. 3 to 800 rpms. someone has advised it might be a sensor prob

Yeah sorry, the way you worded it sounded like some mail order tune, not a dyno tune. I would look for other causes.
