Hello from Bahrain...

Well I'm two months into an 8 month deployment in the Middle East. Thought I would drop in and say hi. Recent developments....I was gonna purchase an Infinity G37 when I got home but have recently reconsidered. A friend was selling his 2001 S281 Saleen for 13,500 so I bought it. Not fond of the color so she is getting an Orion Silver from "House of Color". Engine, tranny, wires, glass, Saleen kit are comming off for the paint. Now I cant wait to get home to see her! My Cobra blew a head gasket after the Kennebell install so she is going into the shop before I get home for some love. Headers, gauges, head studs, better gasket, heads machined, fuel system and tune. 3 months after I get back to South Texas I will transfer to San Diego California and I cant wait! I hate South Texas and love Cali. Anyhow...thats the latest on me...just trying to make it through this deployment. They heat index out here is creeping on 150's door. Next month is the hottest of the year. By the time it starts to cool down we should be getting near the end of the deployment.
